1. The Department of land transport’s form of transfer request : The Hire - purchaser Signs 2 points at
“The Transferee”
2. The Power Attorney : The Hire-Purchaser signed at “Grantor”
3. The copy of Thai ID Card (unexpired) of The Hire-Purchaser ( or indentification card of government
officer or identification card of state enterprise officer). In case of juristic person,
uses a copy of identification card of authorized director that certified and stamped with
the company’s seal.
4. Certified copy of house registration on page of transferee’s name and hire - purchaser’s house
number. In case of jurisic person, uses a copy of registration of authorized director that
certified and stamped with the company’s seal.
5. In case of changing name or surname, uses a certified copy of personal name and surname
change registration, marriage and divorce certificate (if any) of a hire-purchaser.
6. In case of jurisic person, uses a copy of corporate afficavit, issued within 6 months certified by
authorized director and stamped with the company’s seal.
7. Tax receipt of department of transportation or a copy of circular labels (in case of self-tax renewel)
8. Sign Act receipt or tail of sign Act (in case of self-sign Act renewel)
9. In case of motorcycle tax renewal yellow plate, uses an inspection letter of yellow plate vehicle.
