The company was established as a limited company on March 9, 2011 with registered and paid-up capital of 5 million baht. Later in April of the same year Some existing shareholders have sold their shares to Thai investors, Singaporean investor and Japanese investors. And also increased the registered capital to 450 million baht. Then the company has gradually increased the registered capital and paid. On December 18, 2013, the company was registered as a public limited company. And then on February 25, 2015 the company has listed its shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and conducting an offering for sale of ordinary shares increase capital to Initial Public Offering: IPO of 80 million shares.

Currently, the company has registered capital. and paid-up capital of 613 million baht divided into 613 million ordinary shares with a par value of 1 baht per share. The company is managed by a management team with more than 20 years of experience in the motorcycle hire-purchase business. The company provides credit services covering areas in Bangkok, its vicinity, and other provinces.
